Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager (L4) with a focus on
backend solutions in the crypto and DeFi space.
Key Responsibilities
Own the development of core staking products and savings
accounts
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build innovative
staking and DeFi products
Define and track key performance metrics to improve product
offerings
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of backend product management experience in crypto, DeFi,
or blockchain
Direct experience with staking products or decentralized finance
solutions
Deep technical knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and blockchain
technologies
Collaborative mindset to work across engineering, design, and
product teams
Self-starter with a proactive approach to product ownership
