You will lead and support various projects, collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners.ABOUT YOUYou are passionate about religious and worldview diversity within higher education and thrive in an adaptable environment. You enjoy working collaboratively and take personal responsibility for achieving your goals.Responsibilities

• Manage assigned IFYC projects.
• Execute work on IFYC projects, including data tracking and administrative tasks.
• Deploy IFYC programs across alumni networks, civic groups, and multiple constituencies on campus.
• Build relationships with IFYC civic partners and constituents on campuses.
• Represent IFYC through presentations and attendance at conferences.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience in a related field.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in interfacing with multiple constituencies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience engaging stakeholders in discussions about diversity and equity.
• Experience in training, facilitation, and education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
