Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Learning and Development Senior
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs for sales teams, focusing
on onboarding and skill training
Create engaging learning experiences using blended learning
approaches and various media elements
Collaborate with sales leadership to assess performance gaps and
design appropriate training solutions
Required Qualifications and Education
7+ years of experience in professional development, B2B sales, and
instructional design
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline; Master's in Learning and
Development preferred
Experience in sales methodologies and developing blended training
programs
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and e-Learning
platforms
Knowledge of the Employer Services industry and enterprise-level
B2B sales processes
