assignment (No C2C allowed)Our client is seeking a highly motivated
and innovativeDigital Product Manager to join their team. In this
role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our
digital products and services. You will collaborate closely with
institutional business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs),
and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver
impactful digital solutions.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Product Leadership:
- Drive the conceptualization, design, and development of digital
product solutions that align with business objectives and enhance
user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision,
strategy, and roadmaps.
- Prioritize product features and functionalities based on
business value and user needs.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to
launch and post-launch support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure
timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
design, and marketing, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
product success.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to inform product
decisions.
- Leverage data insights to optimize product performance and user
experience.
- Customer Centricity:
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product
development.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and consumer insights teams to ensure
products meet user needs.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate product
assumptions.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry
trends.
- Collaborate with IT teams in a SAFe/waterfall environment.
- Understand technical constraints and limitations to make
informed product decisions.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business,
or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a
digital environment.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, such
as Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.Additional Considerations:
- Experience in higher education or healthcare industries is a
plus.
- Familiarity with digital accessibility standards.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to deliver exceptional
user experiences.The target hiring compensation range for this role
is $59.42 to $64.42 an hour. Compensation is based on several
factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work
experience, relevant certifications, and location.About Aquent
