Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Program Manager to
design and implement digital programs that enhance customer
adoption and value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer digital-led programs throughout the
customer journey
Analyze customer data to optimize engagement campaigns and improve
customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale digital-led
initiatives and maintain brand consistency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related
field
5+ years of experience in customer success or marketing,
particularly in B2B SaaS
Experience with multichannel marketing strategies
Ability to develop long-term program roadmaps while managing
detailed execution
Proven experience in optimizing customer engagement through data
analysis
