Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead (Web Project Manager) to
manage projects and personnel in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage junior project managers, oversee project resourcing, and
ensure team well-being
Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4-5 active projects,
ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
Lead discovery engagements to define project requirements and
identify strategic opportunities for client relationships
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in web design and
development
Leadership ability to prepare and manage client calls
effectively
Proficiency with WordPress
Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting firm
1+ years of fully remote project management experience
