What You'll Do
The Sr. Change Manager will provide change management support for
projects at different service levels (including support to manage
project vendors). This role will maintain an organizational
perspective on change management and ensure function evolves to
meet changing organizational needs. The Sr. Change Manager
champions the change vision enterprise-wide, ensuring awareness of
CM function and utilization of best practice methodologies.

- Enhance stakeholder buy-in by cultivating strong relationships
with stakeholders of all levels, promoting engagement and support
to achieve lasting change.
What You Can Expect
- Implement and maintain the enterprise change management model
and playbook for all sizes of initiatives:
- Execution Support tier: work with project teams to deliver
end-to-end change management plan, including scoping change needs,
creating a case for change narrative, conducting an impact
assessment, developing change roadmap, and executing change
management action items. Identify and execute creative change
management strategies to minimize resistance and impact to key
stakeholders.
- Advisory Support tier: serves as a consultant to support
project team's execution of change management activities (project
kick-off, review of deliverables, change team coach).
- Self-service tier: direct project teams to usage of change
management playbook and answer questions as needed.
- Conduct change management health checks and leadership
check-ins as necessary.
- Understand the various types of impacted populations, including
employee groups and customers (members).
- Create, maintain, and socialize change management KPIs and
other key metrics.
- Partner with project leads and subject matter experts to
understand future-state changes and develop and amplify the case
for change. When necessary, facilitate change workshops to align or
gather input from internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leaders on the end-to-end implementation of
culture transformation strategies.
- Monitor potential internal and external (customer-facing)
collisions and escalate to the appropriate levels.
- Identify potential sources of resistance, developing strategies
to mitigate resistance, and identifying resources to address
resistance.
- Closely partner with internal communication team to create a
detailed communication plan for enterprise initiatives.
- Advise project teams on change management scope and vendor
selection during RFP and contracting stages.
- Communicate change management themes, risks, and needs to
senior leadership audiences.
- Partner with HR to ensure all project-related and change
management training is reflected on the organizational training
calendar and adheres to key processes or practices.
- Capability Building:
- Leads general, organization-wide trainings on change management
and conducts ad hoc workshops with project teams.
- Takes ownership of change methodology and shapes overall
organization approach to change management as needs evolve.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Masters in relevant field
desirable).
- 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational
development, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change
management efforts, especially technology transformations.
- Hands-on experience with structured change management
methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience organizing, facilitating, and leading change
management workshops.
- Experience building and sustaining strong organizational
relationships.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative
environment, including comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
is desirable.
- Experience working in financial services industry is
desirable.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Ability to develop ideas from concept to an executable
plan.
- Strong problem-solving skills and personal resilience, able to
work through conflicts.
- Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse
stakeholders.
- Self-directed with drive to deliver exemplary results.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive
situations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
