About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Product Management
to spearhead the strategic development and execution of product
roadmaps in the SaaS retail software space. The successful
candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing product
strategies that align with industry trends and business objectives.
The Head of Product Management will be pivotal in leading a
cross-functional team, including mentoring and coaching, to ensure
the delivery of high-impact products that meet customer needs and
foster business growth. Success in this position will be measured
by the ability to create a visionary product roadmap, ensure team
alignment with strategic direction, and balance long-term vision
with immediate customer needs. This role demands a leader with a
strong background in the retail industry, at least 10 years' of
experience in software product development, and a minimum of 5
years' in product management. Key responsibilities for the Head of
Product Management include collaborating with engineering,
marketing, and customer-facing teams, managing a product line
budget, and engaging directly with customers to drive satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design and
UX principles, and experience in B2B/Enterprise software,
particularly in the SaaS and retail sectors. A Bachelor's degree in
Engineering is required, with an MBA or Master's degree being a
plus. The role calls for an individual with an extroverted,
collaborative leadership style, and the ability to influence at all
