  • Leadership/Managerial:
    • Strong, proven leader with ability to grow and develop team
    • Ability to drive ownership, urgency, accuracy, timeliness and a process improvement mindset across the team
    • Strong managerial skills
    • Ideally, manager of team for 5+ years
    • Ideally, manager of managers (i.e., managed people who are managers of people)
    • Process Improvement Skills: Strong, proven process improvement skills
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills
    • Excel Skills:
      • Ability to work with large data sets
      • Ability to utilize functions/formulas and other Excel mechanisms to build new and understand existing processes
      • Communication Skills:
        • Ability to interact with clients, producers, account managers, external vendors (i.e., banks, payment processors) and senior leadership throughout Gallagher Bassett
        • Ability to interact with teams across Finance to ensure adherence to timeliness and quality standards
        • Ability to interact with our Service Center team to ensure adherence to timeliness and quality standards
        • Strong written communication skills
        • Proven presentation skills
        • Experience:
          • Insurance or TPA (Third Party Administrator) background
          • Understanding of banking processesAbout YouRequired:
            • Bachelor's degree and 10 years related experience required.
            • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Preferred:
              • Master's degree and public accounting experience or CPA preferred.
