Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to
oversee client relationships and contract deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with direct commissioners and
contract teams
Develop and optimize account management presentations and reporting
for stakeholders
Lead strategy for contract renewal and expansion while meeting
quarterly and annual targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7-10 years of experience in account management or customer
success
Experience in contract retention, securing pricing increases, and
project management
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Experience in risk and change management
