Job Description:

A company is looking for an M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant to support user adoption of Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assess clients' current state and identify change needs
Design and deliver change management solutions, including training and communications
Lead Organizational Change Management activities and facilitate workshops

Required Qualifications

At least five years of consulting experience in management or customer success consulting
Experience with M365/O365 implementation change management
Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification preferred
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
