Internship Overview

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Human Resources Team! The Talent Management Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.

Internship Projects and Responsibilities

  • Mentorship & Rotational Program
    • Mentorship program for developing leadership pipeline
    • Early Career Rotational program to support the adoption of the performance management items
    • Leadership Development Program Implementation and Measurement
      • Leadership Development Program
        • Support the implementation of the Leadership Development Program Pilot
        • Measure initial cohort participants individual impact and growth
        • Work with vendor to evaluate program and make appropriate updates
        • Plan rollout plan beyond the Pilot
        • Evaluate ongoing internal Coaching to support continued growth
        • Performance Management Program and Personal Development Program Evaluation
          • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the new PMP Program including process, communication, and training
          • Determine impact on associate performance and development

              Requirements

              What We're Looking For
              • Previous internship experience in relevant function
              • Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
              • HR major preferred
              • Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
              • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
              • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
              • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
