Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst - SOX & Controls
Program.
Key Responsibilities
Support auditor walkthroughs and testing of SOX-relevant
processes
Update and maintain comprehensive documentation, including RCM,
placemats, narratives, and the risk and control library
Coordinate and track the progress of walkthroughs, including
issues, outstanding matters, and completion
Required Qualifications
Proven SOX compliance experience
Strong proficiency in documentation and use of Auditboard
Experience in finance or related fields, emphasizing internal audit
and compliance
Ability to manage and support remediation projects and
documentation
Experience with risk management processes
