Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Supervisor to lead their
Servicing and Collections team.
Key Responsibilities
Establish daily goals for the team related to calls and account
servicing
Review and report on collections performance, identifying trends
and areas for improvement
Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team members'
skills and competencies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience in Servicing/Collections
Exceptional analytical skills
Proven experience in overseeing collection/servicing team
members
Strong organizational skills for efficient task management
Flexibility to work until 6:00pm PST/9:00pm EST
