Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their
Intellectual Property team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute demand and monthly proformas to billing
lawyers
Process edits, transfers, and changes as directed
Prepare and produce draft bills for approval and collaborate with
billing lawyers to finalize client invoices
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Accounting (or
equivalent certification preferred)
Minimum of two years of Elite billing experience (Elite 3E
preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects under deadlines
Detail-oriented and proactive, able to work independently and
within a team
