Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist
(Affordable Housing).
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve initial certifications for lease-up communities
to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
Provide guidance and training to onsite team members regarding file
processes and compliance requirements
Manage initial lease-up portfolio files independently, maintaining
accuracy and monitoring deadlines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of
experience
HCCP and COS designations are required
Knowledge of HUD programs, including Section 8, Section 236, and
Section 42
Experience with Yardi software is preferred
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
